Beat Your Pain With PRP (Platelets)

Are you fearful of having surgery and are looking for an alternative that might give you some pain relief? What if you could use your own cells to help reduce your pain, and possibly give you a more active lifestyle? PRP is one of the most exciting non-surgical advancements in orthopedics in recent years. PRP Therapy injections are used for painful joints due to arthritis or injury. They are also ideal for chronic tendonitis or cartilage defects.

What is PRP & Stem Cell Therapy?

PRP & Stem Cell Therapy are non-surgical and non-invasive treatment options that are performed same-day in the comfort of our in-office procedure suite. There is no down time and no general anesthesia as with joint replacement surgery. If you’ve tried other treatments without much relief and are looking for a safe alternative to surgery, you are likely a good candidate for PRP or Stem Cell Therapy.

Why Wake Sports Medicine?

At Wake Sports Medicine we focus entirely on non-surgical and minimally invasive treatments to relieve knee pain, promote healing, rehabilitate, and prevent future injuries. We also strongly feel that the key to a long and healthy lifestyle is to stay active, and we make every attempt to return patients to the recreational and competitive activities they enjoy.
